Dr. Max Lennon DC
Dr. Lennon obtained his undergraduate degree in Biologic Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic - West. He earned respect at the Palmer West Outpatient Clinic for his thorough work with patients. During his time at Palmer, Dr. Lennon was active in the Sports Council and Motion Palpation Clubs and completed additional training in Flexion-Distraction and Instrumented Soft Tissue Techniques. He received a scholarship, was inducted into an honor society, and graduated with honors.
Philosophy of Care: Dr. Lennon believes that wellness begins and ends with the patient, and he sees it as his responsibility to collaborate with them to achieve their goals. Two of his primary treatment focuses are ensuring that patients understand their conditions and equipping them with the knowledge and tools to aid their recovery. He specializes in joint mobilization, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), myofascial release, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching, and rehabilitation exercise.

Dr. Jessica Wing
Dr. Wing obtained her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park. She then went on to graduate as salutatorian of her class with a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida. During her outpatient clinic work in Port Orange where the campus is, she also took part in a Clinic Abroad program in Morocco. While at school, she received a Basic Sciences Scholarship, served as Vice President of her class and as a class representative on the student council.
Philosophy of Care: Dr. Wing works with patients suffering from back pain, neck pain, headaches/migraines, vertebral disc disease and a variety of other musculoskeletal disorders. She has a strong background in rehabilitative sciences, biomechanics and exercise physiology. Dr. Wing implements an integrated approach to health that includes many facets of care and is very passionate about helping people restore and maintain optimum health and function.

ABOUT ME:
I was raised in Derwood, Maryland and love and follow all the DC sports teams. I live in Kensington with my wife, and 2 kids. We spend a lot of time visiting our families in Cincinnati and Orlando. We love to go on hikes at Great Falls, ride bikes, and attend all things Kensington.
